Adoptable terms

By buying any of my adoptables, you must agree with these terms:
You, the buyer, can make anything you want with the character i'm selling, but not with the image that i send you. The image that i send you is only for personal use, so you cannot put it in a Mug and sell it, for example. However, you can make or commission art of the character and sell mugs of it. The reason this rule exists is that some bases prohibit commercial use of the lines on it.If you post the image i send to you somewhere, please link back to my profile as the credited author of the character.You'll receive a higher quality PNG file without any watermarks on it, as well as all the rights to use the character the way you may want.You can change the design as you please, and also resell the character for any price you'd like. The character is yours.I, the artist, am not responsible for anything you make with the character. The Buyer is the one responsible for the art, stories, names and everything associated with it.By buying anything from me, you're required to be 18+ years old or have the permission of a responsible adult for it. Paypal has strict rules regarding minors in it's services.I, the artist, can repost the adoptables i make for self-promotion, such as for examples of my work. I cannot and will not do anything with your character, they're 100% yours after purchase.I can make alterations on the design bought for an extra fee. Contact me via a note and i'll see if i can do what you want.To claim an adopt, the preferred way is to comment on the adopt's post, saying that you're claiming it. You can also claim it in my notes if you want to claim them privately and i'll comment a "Claimed via DM's" on the post, but it's not the preferred method.

Payment

Payment should be made via money on Paypal, UNLESS i post that i'm accepting trades or art on the adoptable's post.The payment should be made within 48 hours of the time i note you, unless you specifically tell me you need more time.I can and do make holds, but they're case by case scenarios. I can sometimes accept holds for more than a week, and in other cases, i'll not. Ask me about it if needed and i'll try to find a way.E-Checks are not accepted. They take way too long to complete and honestly, if you need that much time, you can ask me for a hold.There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS after i send you the file. Period. I can't risk something like this, as i'm selling you the file and rights for the character and i can't guarantee you haven't saved the file somewhere.

Customs

Customs are something i like to do a lot. For now, i've not had any problems regarding them, so i'm more relaxed in doing them the way i do.I'll send you WIP's of every alteration i make, and i only change things you want me to. If there's a mistake, please, don't be shy to tell me.If i send you a W.I.P, and you want changes on it, PLEASE tell me all of them in one note. It makes the proccess easier and quicker for both me and you.Customs prices depend HEAVILY in which base you ask me to make the character and how much time it takes me to make the changes you want. More complicated designs will cost extra. For this reason, specifically for customs, i'll ask for the payment AFTER the final W.I.P.If for some reason you give up on the character i'm making you, or just overall disappear, i can use the lines i made for you and make at least one adopt based around it. It'll not look even close to the character you've wanted, as i'll change colors, markings and details, but i won't just do free work without getting any money from it somehow.If you want a custom, please note me or send me a message on Discord: Saiter#7320
